Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Standard Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be unopened and unused in its original packaging with all components included
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • A $5.99 flat restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right at no cost to you:

  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • You must provide photo evidence of both the damage and the original packaging
  • Submit your claim by contacting us at hausdist.com/pages/contact
  • We will assess your claim within 2 business days
  • Approved claims receive a prepaid return label and a full refund with no restocking fee

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging
  • Wholesale and bulk orders (5 units or more)
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

How to Start a Return

Contact us through our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions within 1 business day.

Haus Distribution Inc. reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
