18/10 and 18/0 refer to the chromium and nickel percentages in the alloy. 18/0 contains no nickel, which is why it costs less to produce and why it is more prone to rust and dulling over time. Both grades are widely sold. The comparison above describes general category differences, not any specific competing product.
