Free Shipping — Always

Every order ships free. No minimum, no code, no catch. Whether you're in Canada or the United States, shipping is on us.

Processing Time

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 5:00 PM Eastern Time are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on Canadian public holidays ship the next business day. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.

Estimated Delivery

Canada: 3–7 business days from shipment
United States: 5–10 business days from shipment

These are estimates from the date of shipment. Remote areas of Canada (including Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and Yukon) may take additional time. Delivery times can vary during peak periods such as holidays.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking information within 2 business days of your order confirmation, contact us at hausdist.com/pages/contact and we'll look into it.

Shipping Carrier

We ship via Canada Post or the best available carrier. For orders heading to the United States, your package will clear Canadian customs and continue via USPS or another local carrier for final delivery.

Customs and Duties — US Orders

Packages shipped to the United States are subject to US customs regulations. Most orders fall well under the US de minimis threshold ($800 USD), meaning no customs duties or import fees apply. Haus Distribution Inc. is not responsible for any customs-related charges, though these are uncommon for standard orders.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or undeliverable packages resulting from an incorrect address. If you catch an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hausdist.com/pages/contact — we'll do our best to correct it before your order ships.

Lost or Significantly Delayed Packages

If your Canada tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, or your US tracking shows no movement for more than 12 business days, please contact us. We'll investigate and make it right at no cost to you.
